 SinaCare Terms of Use  Welcome to SinaCare. These  Terms  of  Use  govern  your  access  to  and  use  of  the  SinaCare  mobile  application,  website,  connected  services,  smart  health  measurement  devices,  online  health  monitoring  features,  educational  content,  reports,  reminders,  alerts,  and  any  related  services provided by Sina Smart Solutions. By  installing,  accessing,  registering  for,  or  using  SinaCare,  you  confirm  that  you  have  read,  understood,  and  agreed  to  these  Terms.  If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use SinaCare.
  1. Definitions
“SinaCare”  means  the  digital  health  platform,  mobile  application,  website,  connected  devices,  dashboards,  online  monitoring  services,  educational  content,  reminders,  alerts,  reports,  and  other  related  services provided by Sina Smart Solutions. “User”  means  any  person  who  installs,  registers  for,  accesses,  purchases,  receives,  or  uses  SinaCare  or  any  related  service,  whether  directly or indirectly. “Health  Data”  means  health-related  information  entered,  uploaded,  measured,  recorded,  collected,  or  displayed  through  SinaCare.  This  may  include,  but  is  not  limited  to,  blood  pressure,  blood  glucose,  weight,  body  composition,  body  temperature,  laboratory  results,  medication  information,  lifestyle  information,  medical  history,  and  related trends. “Connected  Devices”  means  compatible  health  measurement  devices  that  may  transfer  data  to  SinaCare  manually,  automatically,  through  Bluetooth, or through other supported methods. “Online  Health  Monitoring”  means  a  complementary  service  in  which  healthcare  professionals  or  health  care  providers  may  review  user-submitted  health  data  according  to  agreed  conditions,  plans,  or timeframes. “Educational  Content”  means  articles,  general  health  information,  lifestyle  information,  self-care  materials,  wellness  content,  and  other  informational materials made available through SinaCare.
  1. Scope of Services
SinaCare  provides  digital  tools  for  health  tracking,  self-care  support,  organization  of  health  information,  trend  viewing,  reminders,  and  informational reports. Depending on the available features, SinaCare may allow users to:
  • Record, store, and review health-related information;
  • Manually enter health measurements;
  • Receive data from compatible connected devices;
  • View charts, trends, summaries, and reports;
  • Receive reminders and informational alerts;
  • Record medication information and reminders;
  • Upload or  scan  certain  health-related  information  where  supported;
  • Share selected  reports  or  health  information  with  doctors,  caregivers, family members, or other authorized persons;  - Access general educational and self-care content;
  • Use online health monitoring services where available;
  • Purchase or  connect  compatible  health  measurement  devices  where supported.
SinaCare  may  update,  modify,  add,  limit,  suspend,  or  discontinue  any  feature  or  service  at  any  time,  subject  to  applicable  laws  and  these  Terms.
  1. Medical Disclaimer
SinaCare  is  intended  for  health  tracking,  trend  viewing,  reminders,  and informational self-care support only. SinaCare  is  not  a  medical  device  and  does  not  provide  medical  diagnosis,  treatment,  cure,  prevention,  prescription,  or  professional  medical advice. The  information,  alerts,  reports,  AI-based  summaries,  educational  content,  health-related  suggestions,  and  any  other  information  shown  in  SinaCare  are  not  a  substitute  for  consultation,  diagnosis,  treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always  consult  a  qualified  healthcare  professional  for  medical  advice,  diagnosis,  or  treatment,  especially  before  making  any  medical  decision  or  changing  your  medications,  treatment  plan,  diet,  physical  activity,  lifestyle,  or  healthcare  routine  based  on  information shown in SinaCare. SinaCare  must  not  be  used  for  emergency  medical  situations.  If  you  experience  severe  symptoms,  a  medical  emergency,  or  any  urgent  health  concern,  contact  emergency  medical  services  or  visit  the  nearest healthcare facility immediately. You  acknowledge  and  agree  that  any  decision  related  to  your  health,  treatment,  medication,  diagnosis,  medical  care,  emergency  care,  or  lifestyle  changes  must  be  made  in  consultation  with  a  qualified  healthcare professional.
  1. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use  of  SinaCare  does  not  create  a  doctor-patient  relationship  between you and SinaCare. If  Online  Health  Monitoring  services  are  provided,  such  services  are  complementary  and  are  not  a  replacement  for  in-person  visits,  online  medical  visits,  emergency  care,  routine  medical  follow-up,  or  consultation with your own doctor or healthcare provider. Healthcare  professionals  who  review  health  data  through  SinaCare  may  provide  general  comments,  follow-up  suggestions,  or  monitoring-related  feedback  based  on  the  data  available  to  them.  Such  feedback  depends  on  the  accuracy,  completeness,  and  timeliness of the data submitted by the user. SinaCare  does  not  guarantee  that  all  health  risks,  abnormal  values,  urgent  conditions,  or  medical  issues  will  be  detected,  reviewed,  or  communicated.
  1. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
  • Entering your health data correctly;
  • Using connected devices according to their instructions;
  • Reviewing your  own  health  condition  with  a  qualified  healthcare  professional;
  • Seeking medical advice when needed;
  • Not relying solely on SinaCare for medical decisions;
  • Keeping your account credentials secure;
  • Not allowing unauthorized persons to access your account; -  Immediately  contacting  SinaCare  support  if  you  suspect  unauthorized access or misuse.
You  understand  that  inaccurate,  incomplete,  delayed,  or  incorrectly  entered  data  may  result  in  inaccurate  charts,  summaries,  reports,  alerts, AI-based outputs, or monitoring feedback.
  1. Health Measurements and Device Accuracy
SinaCare  may  allow  health  data  to  be  entered  manually  or  transferred from compatible connected devices. The  accuracy  of  health  measurements  depends  on  several  factors,  including  device  quality,  device  calibration,  correct  use,  user  technique,  body  position,  timing,  environmental  conditions,  and  data  entry accuracy. SinaCare  does  not  guarantee  the  accuracy  of  data  entered  manually  or measured by third-party devices selected by the user. Users  must  follow  the  instructions  provided  with  each  device.  For  example,  blood  pressure  measurement  requires  correct  body  posture,  proper  cuff  placement,  appropriate  timing,  and  correct  device use.
  1. Alerts, Reminders, Reports, and AI-Based Outputs
SinaCare  may  provide  reminders,  informational  alerts,  charts,  trend  summaries, reports, and AI-based summaries. These  features  are  provided  for  informational  and  self-care  support  purposes only. Alerts,  reminders,  reports,  and  AI-based  outputs  are  not  medical  advice,  diagnosis,  treatment,  emergency  warnings,  or  a  substitute  for professional medical evaluation. SinaCare  does  not  guarantee  that  alerts  or  reminders  will  be  delivered  on  time,  displayed  correctly,  received  by  the  user,  or  interpreted correctly. You  must  not  ignore  symptoms,  medical  advice,  prescriptions,  scheduled  visits,  or  healthcare  professional  recommendations  because of information displayed in SinaCare.
  1. Educational Content
Educational  Content  available  in  SinaCare  is  provided  for  general  informational and self-care support purposes only. Although  SinaCare  may  attempt  to  provide  useful  and  reliable  content,  we  do  not  guarantee  that  all  content  is  complete,  current,  accurate,  suitable  for  every  user,  or  applicable  to  your  personal  health condition.  Educational  Content  must  not  be  used  as  a  substitute  for  professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You  should  consult  a  qualified  healthcare  professional  before  acting  on  any  health-related  content,  especially  if  you  have  a  medical  condition,  take  medications,  are  pregnant,  have  symptoms,  or  require medical care.
  1. Online Health Monitoring Services
Where  available,  SinaCare  may  provide  Online  Health  Monitoring  services  through  healthcare  professionals,  health  coaches,  physicians, or care providers. Online  Health  Monitoring  is  a  complementary  service  designed  to  support  review  of  user-submitted  health  data  and  general  self-care  follow-up. Online  Health  Monitoring  is  not  an  emergency  service  and  is  not  a  replacement  for  medical  visits,  diagnosis,  treatment,  or  direct  clinical  care. Users  must  continue  regular  visits  and  follow-ups  with  their  own  healthcare  providers.  If  you  feel  unwell,  experience  symptoms,  or  have  concerns  about  your  health,  you  must  contact  your  doctor  or  seek medical care. If  you  do  not  respond  to  messages,  calls,  reminders,  alerts,  or  recommendations  from  a  healthcare  professional,  you  are  responsible  for  any  consequences  resulting  from  delay,  non-response, or failure to seek medical care.
  1. Emergency Situations
SinaCare does not provide emergency medical services. Do not use SinaCare to request or receive emergency care. If  you  experience  chest  pain,  severe  shortness  of  breath,  loss  of  consciousness,  severe  weakness,  symptoms  of  stroke,  severe  allergic  reaction,  very  high  or  very  low  blood  sugar  symptoms,  hypertensive  emergency  symptoms,  severe  pain,  or  any  urgent  or  life-threatening  condition,  contact  emergency  medical  services  immediately  or  go  to  the nearest emergency department.
  1. Privacy and Health Data
To  provide  its  services,  SinaCare  may  collect,  record,  store,  process,  analyze, display, and report personal information and Health Data. This  may  include  identity  information,  contact  information,  account  information,  health  measurements,  device  data,  laboratory  information,  medication  information,  lifestyle  information,  app  usage  information,  support  communications,  and  other  data  required  to  provide the services. SinaCare  takes  reasonable  measures  to  protect  user  information  and prevent unauthorized disclosure. SinaCare  may  share  your  information  with  healthcare  professionals,  monitoring  providers,  caregivers,  family  members,  organizations,  or  other  persons  only  where  permitted  by  law,  required  for  the  service,  requested  by  you,  authorized  by  you,  or  required  by  competent  legal  or governmental authorities. Further  information  about  data  collection,  use,  sharing,  storage,  retention,  and  user  rights  should  be  provided  in  SinaCare’s  Privacy  Policy.
  1. Research, Statistics, and Service Improvement
SinaCare  may  use  aggregated,  anonymized,  or  de-identified  information  for  service  improvement,  statistical  analysis,  research,  product  development,  quality  control,  scientific  analysis,  and  reporting. Where  required  by  applicable  law  or  policy,  SinaCare  will  obtain  user  consent  before  using  identifiable  health  information  for  research  or  other secondary purposes. Users  may  contact  SinaCare  if  they  have  questions  or  concerns  about  the  use  of  their  information  for  research,  analytics,  or  service  improvement.
  1. Account Security
You  are  responsible  for  maintaining  the  confidentiality  of  your  username, password, verification codes, and account access. You  must  not  share  your  account  credentials  with  unauthorized  persons. If  you  believe  your  account  has  been  accessed,  used,  or  compromised  without  authorization,  you  must  immediately  contact  SinaCare support. SinaCare  is  not  responsible  for  losses  or  damages  caused  by  your  failure  to  protect  your  account  credentials  or  by  unauthorized  access resulting from your negligence.
  1. User Conduct
You agree not to:
  • Use SinaCare  for  unlawful,  harmful,  abusive,  deceptive,  or  unauthorized purposes;
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
  • Use another person’s account without permission;
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of SinaCare;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse SinaCare;
  • Upload malicious code, harmful files, or unauthorized content; -  Use  SinaCare  in  a  way  that  may  harm  other  users,  healthcare  professionals, SinaCare, or third parties;
  • Rely on SinaCare as a replacement for professional medical care.
  1. Third-Party Content, Comments, and External Information
SinaCare  may  include  or  link  to  third-party  content,  user  comments,  educational  resources,  external  websites,  or  materials  prepared  by  third parties. SinaCare  is  not  responsible  for  the  accuracy,  completeness,  safety,  usefulness, or reliability of third-party content. Any  health-related  statements  made  by  users,  third  parties,  influencers,  advertisers,  healthcare  professionals  outside  the  agreed  service,  or  external  sources  should  not  be  treated  as  medical  advice  unless  provided  directly  by  your  qualified  healthcare  professional  in  a proper clinical context. You  should  consult  a  qualified  healthcare  professional  before  acting  on any health-related third-party content.
  1. Availability and Technical Limitations
SinaCare  uses  technology  and  online  systems  that  may  experience  errors,  interruptions,  delays,  downtime,  inaccurate  outputs,  data  loss,  connectivity  issues,  software  bugs,  device  issues,  or  other  technical  problems. SinaCare  does  not  guarantee  uninterrupted,  error-free,  timely,  or  fully accurate operation of the application or services. You  agree  that  SinaCare  is  a  supplementary  self-care  support  tool  and  that  you  must  not  depend  on  SinaCare  as  your  only  method  for  health  monitoring,  medical  follow-up,  emergency  care,  or  communication with healthcare providers.
  1. Service Changes and Updates
SinaCare  may  update,  modify,  improve,  limit,  suspend,  discontinue,  or replace any part of the services at any time. SinaCare  may  also  update  these  Terms  from  time  to  time.  If  material  changes  are  made,  SinaCare  may  notify  users  through  the  application,  website,  SMS,  email,  notification,  or  other  reasonable  methods. Continued  use  of  SinaCare  after  updated  Terms  become  effective  means that you accept the updated Terms.
  1. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Some  SinaCare  services  may  be  free,  while  others  may  require  payment,  subscription,  membership,  or  purchase  of  compatible  devices. Terms  related  to  pricing,  payment,  cancellation,  refund,  subscription  renewal,  and  service  duration  may  be  provided  separately  at  the  time  of purchase or registration. If  a  cancellation  or  refund  right  is  offered,  it  will  be  handled  according  to  the  applicable  purchase  terms,  consumer  protection  rules, and SinaCare policies.
  1. Support
SinaCare  may  provide  support  through  available  communication  channels. Support  may  include  technical  help,  account  assistance,  device  connection  guidance,  app  usage  guidance,  and  general  service-related responses. SinaCare  support  does  not  provide  emergency  medical  care,  medical  diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional medical advice.
  1. Intellectual Property
All  intellectual  property  rights  related  to  SinaCare,  including  the  application,  website,  software,  design,  text,  graphics,  images,  logos,  trademarks,  trade  names,  databases,  reports,  content,  user interface,  and  technical  systems,  belong  to  Sina  Smart  Solutions  or  its licensors. You  may  not  copy,  reproduce,  distribute,  sell,  modify,  reverse  engineer,  publish,  exploit,  or  misuse  any  part  of  SinaCare  without  prior written permission.
  1. Limitation of Liability
To  the  maximum  extent  permitted  by  applicable  law,  SinaCare  is  not  liable  for  any  direct,  indirect,  incidental,  consequential,  special,  punitive, or other damages resulting from:
  • Use of or inability to use SinaCare;
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or missing health data;
  • User error or incorrect data entry;
  • Device malfunction or incorrect device use;
  • Technical errors, software bugs, downtime, or connectivity issues;
  • Missed, delayed, incorrect, or undelivered alerts or reminders; -  Reliance  on  reports,  summaries,  AI-based  outputs,  or  educational  content;
  • Failure to  seek  professional  medical  advice,  diagnosis,  treatment,  or  emergency care;
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence; - Third-party content or third-party services.
Nothing  in  these  Terms  is  intended  to  limit  liability  where  such  limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
  1. Force Majeure
SinaCare  is  not  responsible  for  failure  or  delay  in  providing  services  caused  by  events  beyond  its  reasonable  control,  including  but  not  limited  to  natural  disasters,  war,  fire,  flood,  earthquake,  internet  outage,  power  outage,  cyberattack,  government  actions,  strikes,  civil  unrest,  technical  infrastructure  failure,  or  other  unforeseeable  events.

SinaCare  does  not  provide  medical  diagnosis,  treatment,  cure,  prevention, prescription, or professional medical advice. SinaCare  is  not  a  substitute  for  consultation  with  a  qualified  healthcare professional. You  must  always  consult  a  qualified  healthcare  professional  for  medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In  case  of  emergency  or  severe  symptoms,  you  must  contact  emergency medical services immediately.
